Asian Association of Chesterfield - video case study

At Community Chesterfield, we are lucky enough to work with a variety of community and voluntary sector groups in the area, helping to link them up with the University of Derby to strengthen the skills, knowledge and experience within the sector.

One of these groups is the Asian Association of Chesterfield, a registered charity which works to promote the culture, education, health and welfare of Asian people residing in Chesterfield and North Derbyshire.

The charity provides numerous cultural, educational and recreational activities to help its member’s links to the wider community. The Association is fully inclusive and welcoming irrespective of cultural background, religion or ethnicity
